DR ROBERT CHENG

Dr Robert Cheng is a Staff Specialist Gastroenterologist at Westmead Public Hospital and a Clinical Senior Lecturer in medicine at the University of Sydney. He has special expertise and research interests in bowel cancer screening, liver cancer, viral hepatitis, fatty liver disease, autoimmune and cholestatic liver disease, inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease and iron deficiency anaemia.

Dr Cheng has regular endoscopy lists at Macquarie University Hospital and North Shore Private Hospital. He is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and an active member of the Gastroenterological Society of Australia.
